UV Governance documentation

Overview

UV Governance gives IT a readable picture of sites, owners, sharing and lifecycle risk. It is built for conversations with the business, not only for SharePoint administrators.

Requirements

• SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365)
• Tenant app catalog
• SPFx 1.18+
• Node 18 LTS / 22 LTS for custom builds

Installation

Upload the signed package from your UV Apps account. Do not use unauthenticated blob URLs. After deploy, grant only the Graph permissions listed on the product page.

Licensing

The app stays locked until a product key is activated for this tenant. The activating mailbox must be on a verified domain of the Microsoft 365 tenant. See the licensing guide.

• Sites.Read.All (Application) — Inventory site collections the admin consents to include.
• Reports.Read.All (Application) — Read usage signals for inactivity reporting.
