UV Approvals documentation

Overview

UV Approvals provides multi-step, parallel and role-based approvals on lists, documents and provisioning requests — with Teams and Outlook notifications.

Requirements

• SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365)
• Tenant app catalog
• SPFx 1.18+
• Node 18 LTS / 22 LTS for custom builds

Installation

Upload the signed package from your UV Apps account. Do not use unauthenticated blob URLs. After deploy, grant only the Graph permissions listed on the product page.

Licensing

The app stays locked until a product key is activated for this tenant. The activating mailbox must be on a verified domain of the Microsoft 365 tenant. See the licensing guide.

Microsoft Graph

• User.Read (Delegated) — Identify the signed-in approver.
• Mail.Send (Delegated) — Optional Outlook notifications on behalf of the user.
